Please send your completed form and a check or money order for your conference fees made out to United Christian Ministries, P.O. Box 608, Roanoke, In. 46783. Please mark the envelope attention Peggy Wooten and mark your check clearly “for registration Women’s
Conference” Please register as soon as you can so that we may have an idea of how many ladies will attend.
Hotel reservations should be made separately as indicated below .The earlier the better.

Includes: admission to conference seminars and all activities, conference materials; hors d’oeuvres Friday evening July 18th, lunch and dinner on Sabbath July 20gth. Breakfast will be available in the dining room but not furnished by the conference. The conference will end around noon to 2:00 P.M. on Sunday.

Arrangements have been made with the Fairfield Inn, in Fultondale, Al.. They have given us special pricing and special arrangements so please call them directly at1-205-849-8484 Be sure to tell them that you are with the Christian Women’s Conference for the $85.00 per night rate. The rooms will accommodate four.
